Super Moms in Action

There’s so much we’ve overcome, but there’s still more to do…
The law was not designed with single parents in mind. That’s why we’re working on making the law more fair for single parents.
Support our initiatives, and reach out to propose new reforms. Be the change you want to see in the world!

Reform vs. the abandonment
of pregnant women

Many women are willfully abandoned by their partners at the news of their pregnancy. As a result, many women terminate their pregnancies, and those who carry on usually undergo major depression, anxiety, and risk of suicide, putting her life and the unborn child’s at risk while men are not held accountable in any way. This needs to change. Sign the petition and help us make things right.

Prorated childcare
for Super Moms looking
for employment

Currently, non-custodial parents are not required to pay the costs of childcare unless the custodial parent has a job. This puts all the responsibility on the custodial parent, who is forced to care for the child(ren) full-time without any help and find a job, as the working parent enjoys free childcare. Working parents should have to pay their share of childcare, regardless if the other parent is working or not. Help us make this right.
